Letting go...
of expectations
hopes and
dreams.
Allowing each day to be
just as it is.
Not trying to understand
why things are
as they are.
Doing what the Creator
has put in front of me.
Giving the future to Him.
Asking for courage
to live through
the sorrows.
Praying for faith
that hopes and dreams
can be real
some day -
(Wrote this in 2001 - since then I would comment that every day is a hope and a dream come true)
