SERENITY
Entering the room
her robe hung loosely
off her shoulders -
bare feet sliding
from underneath
the silk cloth.
Walking to the bed
tossing back satin sheets
the robe slips to the floor
uncovering the beauty
of her soul.
She lays between
the sheets
hair flowing freely
as she turns on her side
to caress your back.
Lips meet and
the day melts into
a moment of
serenity.
