DELLECE

Here's a poem I wrote in my one and only correspondence poetry class so it's a little different. 

DELLECE

Dellece awaited the moment

with enduring patience,

the arrival of her prince charming

galloping upon his stead

of brilliant white,

to consummate the

scintillating attraction

of two quivering lovers.

He enveloped her within

his robust forearms

showering her golden locks

with unending kisses

immersing Dellece into a

land of enchantment

as the mingled

their souls

into One.
