Sewing became key in my life when I took my first Home Economics class
in Junior High School. I wanted to make everything, and continued
begging my parents for a sewing machine until the beginning of the next
school year when they bought me my first Singer. I then began making
almost all my clothes, clothes for my sister, mom and dad, and have
continued sewing throughout my adult life.
Within the last eight years, I have added an embroidery machine and two
quilting machines to my life and have been having a wonderful time
learning and creating new items. I also like to knit, crochet,
needlepoint, work on learning to build Websites, and read. What I have
found is that there are just not enough hours in the day to do all that I
would like to do.
Within the last year, I have joined Etsy and now hope to be able to sell
new items as they are made and become more of the Etsy community. I
look forward to this new experience....
