FULL MOON

Mysterious
yet illuminating.
Cunning
though obviously present.
Emotions run wild;
animals raise
their voices
all to announce
the emerging
of another cycle
lighting up the skies,
hiding the stars.
Shadows emerge,
illusions empowered,
confusion -
the Full Moon.
